Kimmy Hayes was very active in the travel blogging community
and was super helpful when I first started my blog. I was invited to do a guest
post on her blog (http://www.afterglobe.net)
which I was very honored to do.
Last Friday she was killed in a car accident. Her husband
and partner in AfterGlobe remains in a coma. It has been said that he lost his
job a few weeks prior and because of that has no health insurance. If there is
anything you can spare to help the family out please donate whatever you can.
